At Vietnam Veterans of America State Council, one of our missions is to keep the chapters and the State Council members up-to-date with critical information.
VVA Arizona is the ONLY State Council that has archived the entire set of VVA-AZ documents from 1988 to year 2025. One hundred eighty-three (183) books of important documents have been fully archived and sent to Texas Tech University. Along with that 75 DVD's and 24 SNAPFISH picture books are also archived.
VVA Arizona State Council and Chapters 106 and 1093 have created a set of "MASTER PLANS" for various Committees that are critical for the entire State Council. VVA National has requested that the chapters create and follow critical situations within their chapters that must be followed. If you have not received the master plans, contact the State Secretary.
VVA National has made this committee a major priority along with the Arizona State Council. We have a huge myriad of homeless veterans and we within Arizona MUST help them where we can. Therefore, "WE" are highly requesting that all of the Chapter Presidents create their own "MASTER PLAN FOR THE HOMELESS". We are also requesting that you create a budget item in your account for feeding the homeless veterans in your city. More coming on this topic.

At Vietnam Veterans of America State Council, our mission when it comes to ARCHIVING is to honor, what we all have done for more than three (3) decades and support and provide that important legacy within the VVA Arizona and keep the documents, the pictures, the movies, the books and other memories.

We offer a wide range of programs to support veterans, including housing assistance, medical care, and education benefits. Our team is dedicated to providing veterans with the resources they need to live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives.

I cannot begin to tell you how "HOW EASY" it is to ARCHIVE documents from the VVA State Council. Once the minutes are done and sent out, you place ALL of the documents in one pile, take it to STAPLES and they will bind it for you in a leather book for $9.00. Simple? YES, hard? NO.

The stories of our veterans are powerful and inspiring. We are proud to share their stories and to honor their service and sacrifice. Read some of the stories of the veterans we have served and see the impact that our programs have had on their lives.

We host a variety of events throughout the year to raise awareness about the needs of veterans and to bring the community together in support of our mission. From charity walks to volunteer opportunities, there are many ways to get involved.
If you have any questions or would like to learn more about our organization, please don't hesitate to contact us. We would love to hear from you and to discuss how we can work together to support our veterans.
If you are SLIGHTLY interested in learning how to ARCHIVE, please call me.
